The MINI left the docks at Southampton, UK on Saturday aboard the Jingu Maru (pictured). It is scheduled to arrive in NY on June 30. It will take from 10 days to two weeks to get to me after that. The wait is, finally, almost over.

I got a bit of a MINI "fix" over the weekend when my friend Jason brought his Yellow MINI over to have me put a yellow and black checkerboard on the top. You can check out more pics here. The guest MINI was in my driveway for less than four hours and three different people stopped by to ask questions about it. I think I'll be keeping mine in the garage!
