A few days back I commented on how I hadn't had a truly outrageous request for MINI graphics. Well all that changed this week when I got a request for blue flames on a purple MINI Cooper S convertable. I wasn't sure about the blue on the purple but that's what the client wanted. I think it turned out pretty well. You can judge for yourself. The blue is a little darker in person than the digital photo shows. The flames are really a dark sapphire blue. Somehow they seemed to photograph much lighter.
I don't know if you'd call this job outrageous but it's definitely the most unique MINI I've done to date. Oh, and this brings me to 53... in case you're wondering. That means since my post of 11-15-04, I've done eight MINIs in one month. At this rate, I'll be doing close to 100 MINIs next year instead of 50. If that happens, you'll be seeing photos of my second MINI. I've already been configuring it on MINIUSA - with the wife's approval!
